Refund & Cancellation Policy

FXNedu reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order. FXNedu at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):
  1. If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or
  2. If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction that is not in accordance with the Terms of Use or
  3. For any reason outside the control of the FXNedu, including causes for delivery related difficulties.
  4. Refund/cancellation policies applicable in the following conditions:
    1. In case, the buyer cancels the order online before the product has been delivered to him, the entire order amount will be refunded.
    2. Customer can cancel the order anytime within 12 hours from the time of placing an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by the learner for the order.
    3. However, once the learner enrolled for online education and attended the same, the order won’t be cancelled.
    4. In case there is an option for online download of data than cancellation will not be possible
    5. In case of failed transactions or double realization of an account for the same order, the total deducted amount will be refunded.
    6. In case of cancelled order/failed transactions, the bank/card transaction charges of the buyer, if any, is likely to be forfeited
    7. Once the order cancelled, a refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 7 to 10 working days

Limited Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the FXNedu parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services
  2. Any conduct or content of any party other than the applicable FXNedu party, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct; or
  3. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content or information. In no event shall FXNedu’s aggregate liability for all claims related to the services exceed rupees seven thousand five hundred (Rs.7500/-) ( or the total amount of fees received by FXNedu from you for the use of paid services during the past six months, whichever is greater.

 

You acknowledge and agree that the disclaimers and the limitations of liability set forth in these terms of use reflect a reasonable and fair allocation of risk between you and the FXNedu parties and that these limitations are an essential basis to FXNedu’s ability to make the services available to you on an economically feasible basis.

 

You agree that FXNedu is not liable for any claims against lack or deficiency of services; non-fulfillment or unsatisfactory fulfillment of products and services purchased by you. Thus, we shall not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of the arrangements.
